Monument Freddy's is seeking applicants for evening/closing shift and weekend availability to join our team at Monument Freddy's. Team members help with the preparation and delivery of food items while upholding Freddy’s hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include preparing items, following recipes and safety procedures, and maintaining cleanliness. The role requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and adapt to kitchen temperatures, with a focus on guest service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Evening/closing shift availability.
• Weekend availability.
• Ability to walk, bend, climb, reach, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Adapt easily to changing temperatures in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
• Assume responsibility for quality of the products that is served.
• Handle multiple orders in a timely manner.
• Follow proper washing, sanitation, hygiene and safety procedures.
• Handle, store and rotate products properly.
• Assemble and disassemble equipment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.
