Qualifications

• Previous work experience as a Dishwasher or utility role.
• Hands-on experience with industrial dishwashing equipment.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Strict adherence to sanitation and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas.
• Load and unload dishwashing machines; wash items by hand as needed.
• Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment; maintain organized back-of-house.
• Assist with deliveries and prep-area setup; monitor equipment and report issues.
• Regularly sanitize kitchen areas and manage waste during peak hours.
