Job summary

Optimized Waste Removal, LLC is seeking dependable individuals for a Valet Trash Technician role in the Little Elm area. You will work independently at an apartment community, collecting doorstep trash and recycling while helping keep communities clean.

The position requires a valid driver's license, a pickup truck, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, from 8:00 PM to ~10:30 PM, with biweekly pay and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Pickup truck required.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
