Job summary

Optimized Waste Removal, LLC is seeking a dependable Valet Trash Technician to service assigned apartment communities in the Mesquite area. You will collect doorstep trash and recycling, and help keep communities clean while working independently during the evening shift.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and comfort working outdoors in all weather. Schedule is Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–9:00 PM, with biweekly pay and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Pickup truck required for nightly duties.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk long distances.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recycling from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport waste to the community dumpster or compactor.
• Pick up loose litter throughout the property.
• Document resident non-compliance violations.
• Complete routes safely and efficiently.
