Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is hiring for a warehouse associate to load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment. You will operate forklifts or picker equipment, use scanners, and support inventory control.

The starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with weekly pay and overtime as needed. Shifts run Sunday through Thursday, 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, with safety gear provided. Must be able to lift 50 lb regularly and up to 80 lb, work at heights, pass a drug test, and comply with all safety

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds - working with barrels and industrial/agricultural tires
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment
• Abide by all Company safety policies and state and federal transportation regulations and manufacturing guidelines
• Ability to pass forklift certification
• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test (do not test for THC / marijuana)

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment
• Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control
• Lift 50 pounds consistently; up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for tires
• Exert up to 40 lb push with barrels/tires
• Work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment
• Stay on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime
• Contribute to a culture of safety and follow safety policies and procedures
• May assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed
• Duties may include other tasks per supervisor instructions and accommodations
