Under Armour is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead at our Mt. Juliet, TN distribution facility. You will guide daily operations, monitor performance, coach teammates, and ensure safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, forklift certification, and at least 1 year in a warehouse setting. Local commute to Mt. Juliet preferred, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• 1+ year warehouse experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in the distribution area under supervision.
• Print and post performance reports for the team.
• Train and coach teammates; monitor attendance and timeliness.
• Ensure safe, clean work environment and orderly storage.
• Coordinate with leadership to execute department goals.
