Job summary

Under Armour is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead at the Mt. Juliet facility. The role involves daily operations, assigning tasks, and leading teammates to keep the area productive. You may perform receiving, material handling, and QA tasks, under supervision, to ensure smooth distribution center functions.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, forklift certification, and at least 1 year of warehouse experience. On-site hours, safety, and teamwork are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely operate powered machinery.
• Forklift certification or the ability to pass forklift operator training and receive certification.
• 1+ years of warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Print and post reports to show performance trends.
• Create teams for event functions such as receiving a trailer.
• Retrain low performers to address skill gaps.
• Coach teammates and partner with leadership to provide observations.
• Monitor clock in/out in the LM system and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and organize the warehouse.
