Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Manager in Illinois to supervise the shift and department from 4PM to 1AM, Tuesday through Saturday. You will coach the warehouse team to boost productivity and deliver high-quality customer service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have an Associate’s or high school diploma with relevant warehouse experience and leadership exposure; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership.
• Or High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift and department assigned.
• Coach and lead the warehouse team to increase productivity and provide high-quality customer service.
• Ensure warehouse quality and safety standards are achieved.
• Track productivity to meet the company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiency.
• Assist with various transportation and warehouse duties related to DOT regulations, OSHA, fleet operations, and scheduling.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
