Continental Services is seeking an Evening Warehouse Supervisor in Van Buren for our VB Warehouse 110003. This full-time role oversees daily warehouse operations, coordinating receiving, storage, and delivery while ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic math, reporting and data entry.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Valid Driver’s License; forklift certification preferred.
• Lightspeed/Seed systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse team through onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching and communicating expectations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, inventory accuracy, and customer-service standards; identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse; optimize floor space and follow logistics processes.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through counts, variance reconciliation, and proper stock placement.
• Support equipment maintenance; coordinate preventive maintenance and fleet repairs as needed.
• Serve as hands-on leader, assisting with daily warehouse tasks and timely order processing.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, productivity, inventory and labor.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager and operations leadership to achieve warehouse objectives.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
