Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor in Ladson, SC to oversee daily logistics operations and coach staff. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $70,000 with Exempt annual compensation. Benefits include health plans, 401(k) with match, and PTO. This is a salaried, full-time position.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• One year or more experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to One (1) year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate with Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and procedures for optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI and staff performance.
