PLA and its Family of Companies in Ochelata, OK is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor (B2 Shift) to lead daily warehouse operations and drive safety and efficiency. The role reports to onsite management and focuses on production performance and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, a hands-on approach, and excellent communication with team members, customers, and senior leadership to uphold our core values of service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in warehouse or production.
• Strong communication with team members, customers, and leadership.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed production and operational goals.
• Experience with employee scheduling and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations at an assigned facility.
• Coordinate employee scheduling, timekeeping, and performance management.
• Hire, train, coach, and retain warehouse staff.
• Enforce policies, safety protocols, and cost controls.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment and achieve production goals.
