Fresh & Ready Foods in Longview, TX, is hiring a full-time Warehouse Supervisor (PM). The role oversees warehouse associates, schedules shifts, and ensures accurate handling of goods in a temperature-controlled environment.

The position requires forklift certification and a valid non-CDL Class C driver’s license, with pay of $17–$18 per hour and an on-site schedule from 2:00 pm to 2:00 am, weekends included. Location: 2002 East Cotton Street, Longview, TX 75602.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Forklift trained and certified within 30 days of hire.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse associates including onboarding, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Develops and posts work schedules to ensure adequate labor for each shift.
• Reads schedules to determine items to be moved and records materials handled.
• Transports materials from receiving to storage or other designated areas.
• Maintains inventory records and processes stock orders and deliveries on dock.
• Ensures safe, clean work environment and reports hazards.
• Delivers items to proper destinations and coordinates vehicle loading for delivery.
• Manages stock levels and library of dead stock; plans future needs.
• Opens/closes visitor area and secures doors.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
