Job summary

Polytainers Inc. in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Warehouse Receiver for the 3 pm to 11 pm shift. You will ensure accurate reception and processing of incoming shipments, recording receipts in the LX system within 24 hours and routing documents to Purchasing.

Responsibilities include offloading materials, inspecting contents, maintaining a clean receiving area, and adhering to HACCP and safety procedures. A high school diploma, 3 years forklift experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years forklift experience in a fast-paced production/manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Licensed forklift operator (Raymond Reach and Counterbalance).
• Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work in a noisy, dusty warehouse environment with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Receive, offload and store incoming materials and supplies as per procedures.
• Inspect shipments and compare with records; document receipts in the LX system within 24 hours.
• Move materials within the warehouse and ensure accurate inventory movement.
• Maintain receiving area cleanliness and perform housekeeping as required.
• Report discrepancies to Purchasing and maintain safety and HACCP requirements.
• Operate forklift safely and perform daily vehicle checks.
