Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a detail-oriented Order Checker to ensure accuracy of customer orders before loading for delivery. You will inspect pallets, review pick tickets, and document discrepancies to keep shipments accurate and on schedule.

This role emphasizes teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse, lifting up to 75 lbs, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment while supporting improvements in order accuracy and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Verify order accuracy by inspecting pallets and reviewing pick tickets.
• Communicate corrections with warehouse teammates to make needed changes.
• Document discrepancies on the proper reports and ensure corrections are applied.
• Account for all returned products and deposits on routes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Verify the accuracy of Customer Orders by inspecting built pallets and reviewing Pick Tickets.
• Inspect returning Route Delivery Trucks and perform Blind Counts; communicate issues to drivers.
• Document discrepancies and changes on reports; provide information to the appropriate personnel.
• Account for all returned Product and Deposit Items; classify status (Out-of-Date, Damaged, Good).
• Maintain a safe, clean warehouse environment; assist with pallet building and other tasks.
