J Polep Distribution Services, a division of National Convenience Distributors, seeks reliable warehouse order selectors in Chicopee, MA. Work Sun–Thu, 2:00pm–12:30am with mandatory overtime; no prior equipment experience required, but previous warehouse exposure is a plus.

Position offers competitive pay up to $20/hour, with benefits including health, dental, disability, and a 401K. Candidates must read/write/speak English, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs while standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read/write/speak English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to use RF scanners.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Select and pull items for orders across the warehouse.
• Operate RF scanners to pick orders accurately.
• Assist with loading/unloading as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
