Job summary

Behler-Young Company is seeking a 2nd shift Warehouse Order Selector for our Grand Rapids distribution center. You will pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments while working with the load coordinator to load trucks in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work 5:00 pm–3:00 am. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential to maintain a high-quality shipping operation.

Qualifications

• Ability to read numbers and letters and understand locations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work 5:00 pm – 3:00 am shift.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label products for shipment.
• Coordinate with the load coordinator to load trucks.
• Maintain a clean, organized staging area for inspection.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Identify damaged product and ensure quality shipping.
