Job summary

Staples Beloit, WI is hiring a warehouse associate to join our World Class Supply Chain Team. You may operate as an Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian, performing a range of duties to support efficient order processing and safe operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to safety, and collaboration with colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You could contribute to our continuous improvement in daily warehouse tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to count and use basic arithmetic.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and wear safety shoes.
• Ability to work in a warehouse with seasonal temperature variations.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Order Picker: pick and prepare customer orders accurately and timely to meet daily production goals.
• Restocker: scan labels, cut boxes, and restock shelves for the next shift with safety in mind.
• Bulk Selector: select product, pull and pack totes, cut cases, and stock product with conveyor transfer.
• Custodian: clean and maintain areas, restrooms, carpets, floors, and surfaces while upholding safety procedures.
