Job summary

B.-Fern is seeking a Warehouse Employee PM to support evening shift operations, receiving, storing, and distributing products while keeping a safe, organized environment. You will collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals and ensure accurate inventory handling.

Responsibilities include unloading shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, operating forklifts and hand trucks safely, counting inventory, and maintaining cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (certification preferred but not required).
• Basic math and reading skills to process orders and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to optimize space and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to management.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the warehouse area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift transitions and operational continuity.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations during all warehouse activities.
