Job summary

Cox Fleet, a division of Cox Automotive, is hiring a Warehouse/Inventory Worker to support loading trucks, pulling parts, and inventory tasks on an evening shift. The role includes indoor and outdoor work year-round and emphasizes teamwork and safety.

You will lift up to 50 pounds regularly, operate a sit-down forklift, and assist in orders and inventory. A high school diploma and forklift experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years’ experience in a related field.
• Self-sufficient work ethic.
• Following all company safety guidelines and policies.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics field preferred.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Communicates clearly and effectively.
• Pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• This is an evening-time shift.
• Loading trucks.
• This position works both inside and outside year-round.
• Working as a part of a team.
• Ability to regularly lift heavy objects up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Pulling parts from the warehouse.
• Utilizing a sit-down Forklift to move materials around the warehouse.
• Assist in preparing customer parts orders.
• Participate in annual inventory of parts.
• Assist in weekly cleanup of warehouse department and yard areas.
• Maintain general work area in a clean and safe condition.
• Other duties as assigned.
