Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Hamilton, OH is hiring a Warehouse Associate to load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced facility. You will operate a forklift or picker, use scanners for inventory, and support safety policies while meeting daily productivity goals.

The schedule is Sunday-Thursday, 3:00pm–11:30pm with overtime as needed. Benefits include weekly pay, healthcare from day one, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires.
• Ability to work at heights of up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Abide by all safety policies and regulations and pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts using forklift or picker in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally; team lifts or equipment for heavy tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Maintain safety policies and participate in safety programs.
• Support other departments such as ecomm, inventory, and will call as needed.
