Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a warehouse associate to load/unload and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced environment in Union City, CA. You will operate forklifts or picker equipment, assist with inventory control, and maintain safety standards.

The role requires 1 year of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, and willingness to OT. Benefits include weekly pay, tuition reimbursement, and healthcare, with starting wages at $23/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds for barrels and tires.
• Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass forklift certification.
• Abide by all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using forklifts or picker equipment.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds; team lifts or mechanical aid for heavier tires.
• Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet and operate equipment safely.
• Stay on your feet for extended periods and willing to work overtime.
• Contribute to safety policies and procedures.
