Job summary

WestRock Company is seeking a Material Handler in Illinois to oversee all phases of assembling materials for customer orders, receiving new and returned products, and maintaining safety and quality in the warehouse.

The role offers an hourly pay of $20.50, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, HSAs/FSAs, a retirement plan, and paid vacation/holidays. Schedule is M-F 2:30pm-11:30pm with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification is required.
• 1+ years of warehouse clerk experience preferred.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic computer literacy is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and move materials to loading dock per safety rules.
• Receive, sort, and store incoming products in proper locations.
• Document and record customer returns in the Victory system.
• Move outgoing products using hand truck or forklift safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
