Job summary

Kent Moore Cabinets in Bryan, TX is seeking a part-time Shipping/Loading associate to unstack, stack, and move cabinets to trucks. The role requires handling 25-200+ lb items and working in a physically demanding environment. Work hours include evening shifts, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with 20–25 hours per week on-site.

Applicants must be physically fit, able to lift repetitively, and communicate effectively with the team. Prior experience is a plus; fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Keep a safe workplace by housekeeping and keeping an organized work area.
• Stand and walk up to 4-6 hours per day on concrete surfaces while transporting, loading and stacking cabinets.
• Physically carry and transport items for long distances up to 4-6 hours a day.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with management and coworkers by phone or in-person.
• Must be mentally alert and capable of remembering oral instructions and routine tasks.
• Must be able to withstand fluctuations in temperature and environmental fluctuations.
• Good attendance and punctuality are necessary for scheduled days.
• Must exemplify through appearance and behavior the company's image of excellence.
• Must be alert and able to identify and respond to a hazard by either reporting it immediately, or by taking corrective measures if directed.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.]
