Job summary

GritR Sports and Outdoors is seeking an Evening Shift Warehouse Lead in North Richland Hills, TX. You will guide the Inventory and Outbound teams, oversee packing/shipping workflows, and ensure KPI targets are met. Training new hires and maintaining SOPs are key parts of the role.

Join a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on inventory accuracy and strong team leadership. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse or logistics environments.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to read and write English proficiently.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs daily.

Responsibilities

• Assist evening Inventory and Outbound operations to meet daily objectives.
• Apply expertise to packing and shipping processes to streamline workflow.
• Maintain KPI reporting and performance metrics.
• Serve as liaison between Supervisor and team for clear communication.
• Maintain and update SOPs.
• Lead training and onboarding of new hires.
• Ensure Receiving Dock and Transit bins are cleared nightly.
• Delegate workload across Outbound/Inventory teams.
