Job summary

Dole Food Company is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to input data into the inventory system, maintain quantities, and resolve discrepancies. You will monitor usage in production, verify daily SAP records, and coordinate with logistics and production to keep materials flowing smoothly.

Responsibilities include accurate receiving, labeling, and documentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM shift. Must pass background checks and drug screen as required.

Qualifications

• Must have full knowledge of inventory control systems.
• Must be able to operate RF scanner.
• Must understand Warehouse Module System, SAP experience highly preferred.
• Forklift Certification not required, but preferred; willing to certify after hire.
• Ability to comprehend written and oral instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Record and input data for the inventory control system.
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor material usage in production and report variances.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Production to ensure timely material movement.
• Receive materials, ticket, and perform daily SAP inventory checks.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation for materials.
