Job summary

FedEx is seeking a part-time, on-site Package Handler in Michigan (Tittabawassee Township area) for evening shifts from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. This role moves packages and documents safely using scan/load methods in a noisy operations environment.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level, walk and stand for long periods, and maneuver heavy packages with equipment as needed. Training provided; safety is paramount.

Qualifications

• Able to lift 50 lbs from ground to chest level.
• Able to maneuver packages using equipment and assistance as needed.
• Walk/stand for designated work hours; bend and squat as required.
• Climb stairs/ladders if needed; work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provides movement of packages, documents, dangerous goods and/or supply support in a timely, safe and efficient manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Non-driving position (public roadways).
