Heidelberg Distributing Company in Hebron Estates, KY, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, and load product in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. You will operate equipment, maintain accuracy, and meet deadlines while working both independently and as part of a team.

The role offers full-time employment, a schedule Monday through Thursday 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM, with benefits after 60 days and 401K contributions.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and walkie power jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using Easy-Pick order processing technology
• Safely load pallets and product onto delivery trucks
• Receive, organize, and stock warehouse inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with company safety standards
• Meet productivity and quality expectations while working independently and as part of a team
• Perform additional duties as assigned by warehouse leadership
