Job summary

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse dock associates in Swedesboro, NJ. The role emphasizes safety, a positive attitude, and excellence in a warehouse environment. Monday to Friday 4:00 pm – 12:00 am; base pay $20.75/hour plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No prior warehouse experience required but preferred.
• Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently, multi‑task, be organized, and manage time effectively.
• Flexible to work overtime preferred.
• Ability to work in non–climate‑controlled conditions.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements.
• Stage and sort products for loading.
• Load and unload trailers safely.
• Open and close dock doors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Sort and place parts in racks or designated areas.
• Stack cardboard boxes and pallets.
• Move materials within the warehouse.
• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
• Scan freight/parts.
