Job summary

Owens & Minor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound shipments and inventory accuracy at our distribution facility. You will perform precise picking, packing, and shipping of orders while adhering to safety and quality standards.

In this role, you will operate RF scanners and material handling equipment, verify packing lists and carrier documentation, and help ensure on-time delivery for our healthcare partners.

Qualifications

• Requires strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Follows all safety procedures and policies.

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick and verify item numbers listed on Sales Orders by U/M, lot number, bin location and quantity.
• Stage sales orders picked in designated area and pack per SOP.
• Ensure outbound LTL shipments are accurate and undamaged; correct discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to all policies and procedures.
• Assist with cycles counts and regular physical inventories.
• Operate material handling equipment and RF scanners as required.
