Job summary

Scholastic is seeking a Part Time Seasonal Warehouse Associate in Roselle, IL to support book fairs for schools. The role involves packing, picking, and staging materials for events, with a Monday–Friday schedule on the 2nd shift (4:00 PM–8:00 PM).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate basic product scanner proficiency.
• Strong team player with good communication and math skills.
• Ability to read English safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production of book fairs by packing cases and displays.
• Demonstrate proficiency in packing components for cases, boxes and displays.
• Meet minimum production, accuracy and quality standards.
• Ensure outbound materials are clean, safe and in good condition.
• Assist in processing returned book fairs and replenishment requests.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure proper packing.
• May operate motorized pallet jacks after training.
