Job summary

Niterra North America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the second shift (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) in Sissonville, WV. The role supports shipping, quality checks, and inventory management using SAP, working onsite in a fast-paced environment.

The position is hourly and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with overtime and shift flexibility. Prior inventory experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth within the warehouse team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Vocational or technical certification preferred.
• Previous inventory experience preferred.
• Must be flexible to overtime, often on short notice, and to shift work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out shipping functions for finished goods and items using SAP inventory management.
• Report inventory discrepancies or shortages to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
• Start up and shut down equipment and machinery, and adjust settings as required.
• Inspect products and materials to ensure quality standards.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP-related issues.
• Meet customer requirements satisfactorily.
• Notify the Team Leader of any abnormalities in product or machinery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace per 5S standards.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management or Team Leader.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
