Job summary

Imperial Brady is a leading North American distributor and solutions provider for cleaning and facility care. We seek a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory management with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role operates Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm, with pay ranging from $22.00 to $24.00 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for advancement within BradyPLUS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to operate warehouse management systems and data entry.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts.
• Ability to work overtime and in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping, including labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits, cycle counts, and annual inventory.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training, such as pallet jacks or forklifts.
• Assist with warehouse facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and warehouse.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management and attend department meetings.
• Abide by safety and compliance protocols, ensuring a safe work environment.
• Take personal ownership of all customer needs with speed and urgency.
• Additional duties as assigned.
