Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and inventory management. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have warehouse or inventory experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to operate pallet jacks or forklifts after proper training. Entry-level applicants are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience preferred; entry level considered.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, pickers, or scrubbers.
• Basic computer skills to use warehouse management systems and scanners.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and measurements.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pull and process customer orders for delivery and shipping with labeling and documentation.
• Receive, stock, and rotate products; participate in audits and cycle counts.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Operate warehouse equipment after training (pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Assist with facility and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with team and management; participate in meetings.
• Adhere to safety and compliance protocols.
