Job summary

Mattress Firm Inc. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support the delivery and receiving workflow. The shift runs 1:30pm–10pm and may include weekends and holidays to meet customer demand.

You will handle loading, staging, and inventory rotation, while ensuring quality and safety in all procedures. Qualifications include a High School diploma (preferred) and strong communication, with at least 1+ year in a general warehouse role.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse environment.
• Assist customer pickups and support QA processes.
