Job summary

IKEA USA in Kentucky is seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to support DC Operations. You will manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound/outbound goods, documenting damages, and contributing to daily plans to meet seasonal needs. You must lift up to 70 lbs, stand for long periods, and have at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30 kgs ergonomically.
• Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
• Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment and storing of goods.
• Contribute ideas and inputs to goals of the action plan in daily work.
• Unload and handle inbound/outbound goods; secure merchandise for safe movement.
• Contribute to warehouse ops goals and daily workload planning.
• Document damages found on inbound/outbound merchandise.
• Take responsibility for other tasks and projects as assigned.
