Staffmark is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Gentry, AR. The role entails supporting warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling to ensure orders are completed safely and accurately.

The position requires the ability to use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Safety and reliability are valued highly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution training is beneficial.
• Ability to use pallet jacks, hand trucks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately identify products, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and dependable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product trailers safely and efficiently.
• Verify trailer numbers and inspect trailers for damage or food safety concerns.
• Scan products and enter load information into handheld scanners.
• Load correct quantities of product onto conveyors for shipment.
• Stack boxes of snack cakes throughout the shift (1,700-4,000 cases per shift).
• Secure loads using inflatable air bags as required.
• Remove and report damaged product.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
