Job summary

C&M Forwarding Company is seeking a Warehouse Account Coordinator to support inbound and outbound shipments, inventory checks, and order processing in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role emphasizes accuracy in receiving audits and customer communication.

Primary hours are 1pm–10pm, with a focus on maintaining safe warehouse operations and efficient inventory cycles. Forklift experience is a plus, and candidates should be willing to work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of work in a warehouse/clerical environment.
• Experience working with RF scanning equipment.
• Forklift experience, a plus.
• Able to work core business hours Monday through Friday, with overtime.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers' inbound and outbound shipments using customer-specific software to receive and audit goods/materials.
• Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory.
• May assist in loading/unloading pallets or placing/removing cases on trailers.
• General housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.
• Work with RF scanning equipment and respond to customer inquiries via phone or email.
• Maintain inventory in the warehouse management system and reconcile physical counts.
• Communicate with customers via email, phone, and software.
