Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions, Riverside, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Picking Clerk - Low Unit of Measure to join our distribution team. You will locate, pull, and package merchandise using voice-pick systems, ensuring accuracy and on-time order fulfillment during 1:00pm-9:00pm shifts (Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday).

The role requires a high school diploma, warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and familiarity with equipment like forklifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse/ distribution experience preferred.
• Must be able to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, walker-rider, etc.).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout shift.
• Proficient with basic arithmetic calculations.
• Previous experience with voice pick systems is preferred.
• Ability to operate powered trucks preferred.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Locate, pull, and package merchandise.
• Report inventory discrepancies to supervisor and assist in locating short product.
• Stage picked items and maintain organized space; adjust as needed for space.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow cleaning schedules.
• Adhere to customer requests per policies and work processes.
• Collaborate with team to achieve department goals and safety.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and report mechanical issues.
