Florida Veterinary Referral Center (FVRC) in Estero, FL is seeking a Veterinary Client Care Representative for a part-time schedule (24 hours weekly) with 5:00 PM–11:00 PM shifts Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri. The role supports emergency and specialty care, check-in, care coordination, and client communication in a fast-paced hospital.

Compensation ranges from $18.50–$22 per hour based on experience, plus a $2/hour evening differential after 7:00 PM. Benefits include a 401(k) and an employee pet discount.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in veterinary medicine required.
• Emergency or specialty veterinary experience preferred.
• Clear, compassionate, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to remain composed during stressful client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets with a calm, compassionate, and professional approach.
• Check in patients and assist clients as they navigate emergency and specialty care.
• Answer phones and help connect clients with the appropriate members of the medical team.
• Coordinate client communication and patient care information.
• Support the medical team by helping maintain an organized and efficient client service area.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced emergency and specialty environment.
• Use hospital technology and software systems to accurately document and communicate information.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure clients receive clear, compassionate, and timely support.
• Help maintain a positive and collaborative hospital environment.
