Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to/from destinations, provide information and luggage assistance.
• Anticipate and respond to guests in a friendly and positive manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe vehicle and complete safety checks/logs.
• Assist guests with knowledge of hotel property, amenities, and local area.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and follow guest service recovery procedures.
• Adhere to cost controls and plan to reduce unnecessary trips.
• Attend required department and hotel meetings.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures and report incidents.
