Job summary

Alleguard, a leader in protective packaging, is seeking a Utility Operator to support production and repack operations. You will move materials, operate pallet jacks or forklifts, assist with glue and poly machines, and label and package materials, contributing to a safe, efficient workspace.

Mon-Fri, 3:30pm–12:00am, with schedule flexibility. Benefits include Medical, Vision, Life/AD&D, 401k, disability coverage, FSAs/HSA, EAP, and vacation.

Responsibilities

• Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments, material and equipment needs.
• Record numbers of units handled and moved using daily production sheets or work tickets
• Attach identifying tags to containers or mark them with identifying information
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Perform duties in compliance with all safety policies and practices
• Compliance with legal environmental and safety requirements of the area
• Know the environmental aspects of the area and its control
• Know the environmental impacts associated with their activities
• Follow environmental and safety policies
• Comply with procedures, regulations, and instruction of environmental and safety programs
• Other duties as assigned
