Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to perform a wide range of physical activities (pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching).

Responsibilities

• Clean and polish furniture, cases, fixtures, and furnishings.
• Clean mirrors, glass, and interior glass surfaces.
• Clean toilet rooms and fixtures.
• Dust venetian blinds and wash walls to remove marks.
• Make beds and change linen.
• Move and arrange furniture and furnishings.
• Collect and transport waste to central location.
• Report items in need of repair.
• Sweep and mop floors and stairs; wet mop when needed.
• Open/lock buildings; control lights and equipment.
• Operate cleaning equipment as assigned.
