Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to shoppers, employees, and visitors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior to management.
• Document incidents and patrols clearly and communicate findings to site leadership.
