Job summary

Pueblo Medical Imaging (PMI) in Las Vegas, NV is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for the 12:00 PM-9:00 PM shift. The role emphasizes accurate diagnostics and compassionate patient care. Qualified candidates will have ARRT and RVT credentials (or registry eligible) and 2-3 years of ultrasound experience.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work the 12:00 PM-9:00 PM shift.
• 2-3 years of previous ultrasound experience preferred.
• ARDMS and RVT credentials for ultrasound, or registry eligible.
• Ability to read, understand, speak, and follow instructions in English; bilingual skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, receive, and prepare patients for ultrasound procedures; other modalities may apply if appropriately certified.
• Assess and document patients' conditions to determine proper handling and any special requirements.
• Review requisitions for physician notes, clinical information, and/or special instructions.
• Instruct and assist patients in assuming the appropriate physical position for examinations.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment and examination rooms in proper working condition; report malfunctions and needed repairs.
