Job summary

Precision Scans Inc. in Inglewood, CA is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for a 3-4 day work week with 8-hour shifts (3pm–11pm). Start date ASAP. You will perform OB/GYN, abdominal, and vascular exams per physician protocols and assist with procedures.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program with ARDMS/ARRT OB/GYN, Abdominal, or Vascular credentials and a current BLS certificate, with 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program.
• ARDMS or ARRT(S) certification in OB/GYN, abdomen and/or vascular is required.
• Current BLS certification (AHA preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years of OB/abdominal/vascular ultrasound experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality OB/GYN, abdominal, and vascular ultrasound exams according to physician protocols.
• Operate ultrasound equipment to acquire optimal diagnostic images.
• Review patient history and clinical information to tailor examinations.
• Assist physicians during specialized or invasive ultrasound procedures as required.
• Ensure accurate measurements, documentation, and annotations in the imaging system.
• Evaluate images for technical quality before submission to radiologists.

ARDMS or ARRT(S) OB/GYN certification

ARDMS or ARRT(S) Abdomen (AB) certification

ARDMS or ARRT(S) Vascular (RVT) certification
