Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking an Ultrasound Tech for evenings in Cleveland, performing a range of diagnostic sonograms to support neonatal through adult patients. This role requires ARDMS/RDMS credentials as specified and compliance with department standards.

Responsibilities include operating ultrasound equipment, maintaining image quality, and upholding patient-focused care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team at MetroHealth Medical Center.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology program with advanced certification in Sonography.
• RDMS credential from ARDMS with AB or OB/GYN specialties.
• Registration in specialties ARDMS RVT or ARRT Sonography and Vascular Sonography within 1 year of employment.
• Breast Center exception: ARDMS BR within 1 year of employment in place of RVT.
• BLS certification from AHA or obtained within probationary period.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Operates ultrasound equipment to perform diagnostic sonograms across age groups.
• Maintains image quality and adheres to safety and quality standards.
