Job summary

Raffles Boston is seeking a friendly and attentive Housekeeping Turndown Attendant to perform nightly turndown and assist with service requests. You will maintain guest privacy, follow hotel procedures, and ensure rooms and public areas meet high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Applicants should have prior housekeeping experience as an asset and be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues. This is a; full‑time hourly position with Accor benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping room attendant experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily turndown and service requests as assigned by the manager on duty.
• Maintain guest privacy and security by following hotel procedures.
• Complete daily checklists and report any room or maintenance issues.
• Ensure public areas, guest rooms and back-of-house areas meet hotel standards.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and communicate effectively with staff.
• Review turndown lists, stock caddie, and handle Lost and Found per standards.
• Ensure comfort and satisfaction of guests throughout their stay.
