Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field and practicum/internship or direct interaction experience.
• Graduate-level clinical training or 2,000 hours supervised experience required with related trainings.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients using person-centered principles to support recovery.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation while prioritizing safety.
• Conduct assessments, plan-of-care reviews, and discharge planning as needed.
• Assist with client intake and orientation; support program operations.
• Medication administration per organizational policies, if applicable.
