Job summary

Ally Waste Services LLC is hiring part-time, night trash collectors (Trash Valet) to collect tied bags from apartment doorsteps and haul them to dumpsters. You play an important role in keeping communities clean and running smoothly. Shifts are Sunday-Thursday evenings, start at 8pm, typically 1–2 hours per night (5–10 hours per week).

Earn $60 on Sundays and $40 on Monday-Thursday per night. Work outdoors, independently, with PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
• Reliable transportation to site.
• Smartphone required.
• Ability to carry up to 30 lbs and walk stairs for 1-2 hours.
• Outdoor work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
