Job summary

Ally Waste is seeking a part-time Trash Valet to manage trash collection at apartment communities in the evenings. You will walk doorsteps to collect bags, transport them to dumpsters, and upload photos using the company app. This role requires independence, outdoor work, and adherence to safety guidelines.

The position offers short evening shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities to advance within a growing company. A valid license, insurance, reliable transport, and a smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver.
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Required.
• Smartphone required.
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs and walk stairs and stay active 1–3 hours.

Responsibilities

• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps.
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area.
• Take and upload photos in our company app.
• Follow safety guidelines using provided PPE.
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions.
